On the morning of June 11, at the 2025 Intelligent Robot Development Conference, Estun Cool Technology officially released the second-generation humanoid robot Codroid 02, which is 170cm tall, weighs 70kg, has a single-arm load of 5kg, and can reach 31 degrees of freedom (excluding dexterous hands). This humanoid robot fully demonstrates the company's latest achievements in the field of embodied intelligence from three dimensions: autonomous core components, intelligent architecture innovation, and full-scenario industrial implementation, responding to the higher expectations of all walks of life for humanoid robots.


01 Continuous optimization of core components Balance of strength and precision


At the press conference, Codroid 02 demonstrated its excellent motion control capabilities with a steady and powerful step on the stage. Its full-body integrated joint module was independently developed by Estun Cool, and achieved a dynamic balance of strength and precision through technological integration. It can not only perform physical labor, but also perform refined tasks. Estun Cool's traditional advantage in the field of robot hardware continues to lead the industry.

02 The embodied architecture of the fast and slow systems coordinates and optimizes control efficiency


The control system of Codroid 02 comes from the embodied intelligent architecture of the fast and slow systems. The slow system uses a large visual language model to process input text instructions and scene images through a multimodal large model, and is responsible for high-level task understanding and semantic parsing; the fast system adopts a flow matching strategy, relying on model predictive control and flow matching algorithms, to receive the slow system output, environmental data, and current joint, tactile, force and other states in real time, output accurate action instructions, and achieve low-latency motion control. This layered design not only ensures the system's ability to understand complex tasks, but also ensures the response speed of real-time control, which can further improve the success rate of task execution.

03 Comprehensive coverage of industrial scenarios to explore new models of human-machine collaboration


At the press conference, Codroid 02 demonstrated its coverage capabilities in industrial scenarios through a video.
